First dlc I've bought for this game. The only one (imo, so far) that looks good in a pixelated form. I'm really enjoying this pack.
Edit - I have about 15 hours into this pack at the time of this review, good stuff!

The 80's called, they want their licensing fees paid up for this game.
Camera angle is fixed on the vertical plane (z axis) so you can only change view left/right on the horizontal. This does very little as most holes have varying elevations and you are guessing on about 65% of your shots, hoping that it goes in the general direction you are imagining.
No achieves or unlockables which create a very low replayability factor.
Multiplayer is local only, you pass the mouse back and forth until one of you chucks it across the room in a fit of rage due to the pathetic excuse of a game this is.

Verdict: 2/10

Don't buy at any price.

Reviewing this to lvl up my 2019 steam awards badge.
This game is currently no longer available so does my opinion really matter now?
In the game you "break down" steam reviews in a breakout style mechanic.
Yippie Kie Aie...
You're not missing anything here so don't cry over this "missed opportunity".
I also like to "quote" things in "my reviews" for the "fun" of it.
Have a great day!

EDIT: Whoops, Steam says I need to have ran this game for at least 5 minutes in order to post a review... brb!

This just came out of the "Steam is Learning" phase and the devs upped the achieves to 5000.
This is part of the reason why "Steam is Learningj" was implemented in the first place, to stop devs/games from spamming achieves.

Edit: I was informed by the dev that this game was released before Steam implemented its "steam is learning" protocol, which this behavior, ironically, is why "Steam is Learning" was even created in the first place! O.o

Keep it up and Steam will find a way to cut you guys down some more and ruin it for others who are doing the right thing.
Jerks

FYI - I'm no longer buying any games from this dev. I went to the publishers bundle here: https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/10975/Full_CrewLab_bundle/ (the Full CrewLab Bundle) and put all games I didn't have on Ignore.

Tired of these bait-and-switch spam achieves

Really having fun with this game. This is the first time I wanted to write a review for a game just 5 minutes into it.

A rather simple looking, minimalist game in which you match up 3D pieces so they would mesh together if placed face to face.

This is engaging a part of my brain that the world doesn't offer on a day-to-day basis, at least not this complex. (no snarky remarks pls :P)
Not your simple 3 prong Plug --> into Outlet mechanic but more complex and engaging.

My old 2009 era 2.66 Ghz Core 2 Duo laptop with onboard Intel 4000 graphics barely runs this in windowed mode. Just to give others a reference point on what abacus machines this game can run on.

Highly recommended for the price point, no need to wait for a sale, well worth it imo.

Nov 2020 update: Still rocking after all these years. They stopped making new dlc but there's hundreds of dlc to choose from that should keep you busy for quite a while. FYI - This also works with dlc from the OG Rocksmith too so don't forget to check those out as well.
---------------------------

Let's see, over 470 hours in this game, yeah, it's a'ight.

The simplest way I can describe this is guitar/bass karaoke. Using the real-tone cable (sold separately or with the game on disk), you can hook up any electric guitar or bass and actually PLAY actual Licensed, everyday popular music.

Granted, if you've never picked up a stringed instrument before, there IS a learning curve. But just the fact you'll be learning with actual, relevant, cool songs that you really enjoy... why would you pass that up?

Will you become a rock star using this? Probably not. The best way to view this is as another tool in your tool belt. Getting actual, hands-on lessons IRL will Always help. In fact, it's highly recommended that you do that FIRST, before playing this game (if possible) so you don't develop any bad habits or practices that you may have to unlearn down the line.

Final Verdict: 9.5/10

*game was received for free*

Super casual Minesweeper/Tetris mash-up
Great time killer when you're not looking for something too involved and easy to jump in and out of.
Gets monotonous after a while. Needs power-ups, time bombs, etc. Theme packs or a 3D version would be cool too.

Highly disappointed in this game.
Thought it was a legit math/achieve game and it's just achievo spam which is essentially a tragedy.
Although the math concept is simple and straight-forward, attaching the achievements to actual accomplishments would've made this game about 350% better.
This game actually has the beginnings of a legit math learning system based on a timer and repetition. In other words, something more attractive than writing down your math tables over and over.

Summary: Has the foundation for a straight-forward learning game but killed it with the achieve spam. All 5000 (O.o) achieves popped on exit for me. What a waste of "could have been" (the game, not me. It's too late for me :P )

Wish there was a neutral score I could give instead of thumbs up/down.
Pro: Great Time Killer
Con: Great Time Suck
Simple enough concept, click away to get more gold and hero souls to upgrade related items, repeat to (almost) infinity.

Summary: Super addictive, I highly recommend to stay away.

I'm giving it a thumbs up for the genius of the devs that created such an addictive game ;)
