I can't recommend it at the price they are asking, £16, I could recommend it at £6. The driving feels alright, it does get better over time but the drifting kinda sucks in that you lose a lot of the variability of how tight you take the corner unlike a game like Mario Kart because you can't hold a drift and if you go too straight you stop.

The AI don't provide much of a challenge, I could quite easily get 1st in every race in every grand prix on normal, except in the higher levels they're just annoying they will crash into you throwing you into a wall that takes so long to recover that it can take the majority of a lap to get back to first. The AI doesn't seem to be as phased by crashing as me, I've thrown someone into a wall and then seconds later they overtake me.

I wanted to like this game and it's not far from being a fun game but it needs to be cheaper.

Abby seems like the kind to have failed GCSE Drama, she's painfully bad to watch and it ruins the game. Everyone else is a decent actor, but Abby, no, at no point was she ever convincing it was only super clear that she was acting.

The game moves quickly, there is basically just luck to get through. I'm shown clues that I've missed basically just telling me that no I shouldn't have got an answer correct or I fell for the trap of doing what the game seemed to have wanted me to do, The French being a danger to frogs the writing suggested that choosing that answer was going to go somewhere, I was punished before for choosing a correct answer.

You're on rails and rather than an any choice works deal it's if you choose wrong you will lose and there's no help.

Marcus is dead, and I don't care to restart and have to listen to Abby more, and I don't want to continue because if I were to win I'd want Marcus to live. I'm just going to stop playing.

I never want to hear the actor who is playing Abby ever again, it's painful. How could the developers not get literally anyone else?

I was absolutely destroyed, there's no kind of tutorial it's a "here's some pointers but you don't actually know what they mean and you won't necessarily win, if you fail you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and it's entirely on you". There are so many enemies and my followers die so easily and then they're gone forever. How am I meant to fight against 6 enemies when I only can get 1 on the board to attack at a time? I have got 4 on the board at once but 3 were dead by the time I could use it. I'm only given 1 card per turn and it's destroyed, as I'm writing this I have someone with 13 damage and 1 health behind a rock and I've been unable to get someone to live long enough to destroy the rock so I can use the 13 attack to win, I placed a 1 1 and it's dead now. A few moments later I won the combat and I have no idea why because I've been unable to do any damage.

Next battle I managed to get 4 on the board and then they pulled out a card that does 3 damage to all of my people and wiped them all out with enough energy to place down 2 enemies in the same turn.

Leading up to this battle I was not given any opportunity to get food so a bunch of my followers have been starving, it's not my fault.

This is hands down the worst card game I've played. It feels like it's broken at the core. Nothing is communicated clearly, there's no tutorial for guidance (there is a setting for a tutorial but the pointers are basically pointless), they used up all of their writing on a story but I'm not able to play if it's not telling me what the game is actually doing.
They seem to have just decided they want a really punishing card game and disregards that it needs to be fun. It feels like there is far too much randomness for there to be any good strategy, I'm finding myself having 1 card to choose from and by not playing anything my leader gets destroyed, not playing leads to game overs quicker.

This is one of the better looking games I've played this year, but it's really low down, way below all of the other card games. This is the second time I played it, I had forgotten this time just how painfully bad it is and had uninstalled it after the first time, I had forgotten that and reinstalled it. I'm going to be uninstalling and hiding this game so I never make the mistake of playing it again.

Play any other card game, compared to this you can't go wrong. I got this as part of Humble Choice so I luckily didn't waste any money on it.

The idea is really cute, and once I got past not having conveyor belts things started to come together.

Any other mathematicians who noticed "hexagonal planet" with scepticism, there is some weirdness with the hexagons and I'm fairly certain that the 12 pentagons are hidden under mountains, I think that the weird spots I found weren't pentagonal but it's hard to tell as so much is shifted around in spots.

I did start to have performance issues graphics wise, I'm playing on a GTX 980 and was getting a lot of stuttering and screen tearing. Seems like most others aren't experiencing these issues and I'm sure if you have a more recent GPU you'll be fine, my GPU was on the edge of there being issues, none initially and then becoming annoying.
There are larger stutters but I assume these are autosaving, the stutters I am experiencing with my GPU are on the order of a dozen or so frames.

- I would love to see zooming steps be reduced, the step closer than world view is too zoomed in.
- I was also having issues with certain factories being starved of resources due to placement, because depots aren't able to be told that they should be serving every factory and not just the one that is closest. However I have noticed that the depots aren't dumb, items do move to where they would be most useful (very obvious around stations on the input side), so I recognise that they have put in work to make depots easier for people than conveyors.
- I'm not a fan of having to essentially produce the same things 3 times for each of the settlements. In my 4 hours I did a lot of the same stuff over and over and it felt like padding. It could be that you do things once but there are more things needed and settlements can be connected and can share the growth or something. It could also be that certain cities require a certain resource so each may need something but it's not the same factories.

It is meant to be a more relaxed factory builder, the game looks really good, and it is in early access and can see that it has potential for a lot of growth, which I think it needs but even in its current state if you can run the game smoothly it's worth getting.

I look forward to playing this game in the future once I have a better GPU.

There's usually 1 person every game who thinks that they are perfect and that with hindsight they would never make mistakes, who will then accuse you of game-throwing if you make a mistake. However it's advised to provoke them into saying really bad stuff at you so you can report them for being abusive, if this is happening to someone else also make sure to report them, and go on and provoke them a little.

This game is a lot of fun and everything feels very balanced. My only issue is that I hate that the camera is positioned on me, I want it like in ToS 1 where the camera was just in the middle. Especially as when alive I can't move anyway, I want to see an overview of the town.

Give it a go and be sure to remind people "I'm new" if you make a mistake. You will make mistakes and that is absolutely fine. If everyone was a perfect logician it wouldn't be much of a game, this game rests on being persuasive and luck, nobody is perfect. There are some mistakes which show everyone else that you weren't thinking and people will get annoyed, however almost everyone will give you a pass if you say that you're new. People can get frustrated but most people are good people.

I like the idea, I like the style, but the recipes seem to be really inconsistent. A lot of the letters I'm trying to make with rules that I've learnt from other letters don't work for others. It feels like the designer just selected 3 recipes and stopped there even if there are more that would make sense. Then because there are 3 recipes selected there are recipes that don't make sense but are just there to fill the quota.

I got stuck and the game isn't letting me do something which makes sense. It's also really long to figure it out, I have to run it and it always starts on the slowest speed so I have to accelerate immediately after.

The stat for overproduced letters is awful as all it does it make you move around a base ingredient to delay one relative to the others. It's a really unsatisfying metric to compete for.

I was looking forward to this game as I love factory games, but this isn't what I was expecting, I thought it would be implemented smarter.

I'm sure there's lots of depth but it's boring and I've been given loads of quests, I completed one, I have no clue who asked me to do what it says and I don't care to locate them.

You have to pay to have items be picked up automatically. So it may be a free game but it doesn't come with expected features.

It doesn't have any depth, but it is free. Just don't expect much, there's no prestiging, there's no actual progression just clicking and fighting annoying enemies who revert progression

This does not deserve to be DLC. It doesn't contribute anything of value except making hardcore pay to win getting many more bank slots while not providing anything of worth for other gamemodes. This feels like it should have just been a regular update, unlike the other DLC which does contribute a significant amount of content and does deserve to be DLC.
