@DBot Alright, thanks to answer my question, if it's a expected behavior I'm completely fine with it.

Weapon switch spam was done for addons which don't handle switching well (basically spam was a workaround for annoying/broken swep addons), and i don't think it is feasiable to remove that hack because it will sometimes confuse tge user (end users tend to blame wrong addons for incorrect/unexpected behavior)
