It's actually a fun little puzzle game where your goal is to free the hot chick, although I'd say the game is a bit overpriced. I managed to beat the game in about 2 hours.
You get a very short VN styled cutscene (and I do mean very short) at the beginning explaining how our damsel in distress got herself into the situation and it's your job to help her get free over the course of 38 levels.
Over time and as you beat each level you have a chance to unlock new stuff such as colors and gags.
And yes, there is also lewds.
