The name’s Caleb Dickson, but you probably know me as “dikie” or “lameDJ” online, and I’m here to warn you: Date Everything isn’t just bad — it’s dangerous. The second I booted this trash heap up, I could feel the regret sinking in, but I pushed forward thinking it had to get better. It didn’t. The game is a broken mess with dialogue so cringe it feels like it was written by a sleep-deprived AI, and gameplay so unfun that it actively punishes you for existing. And as if the game itself wasn’t enough of a nightmare, somehow Johnny Splash — yes, the Johnny Splash — found me after I admitted to playing it. He jumped me in an alley, called me every ridiculous name in the book (“digital clown,” “romance goblin,” and “Steam sale sucker” were the ones that stung the most), and left me questioning my entire life. I swear this game has cursed energy. Don’t play it unless you want to risk humiliation, violence, and eternal shame.
