Happy Engine is a basic "swippy-swappy" puzzle game. Unlike similar titles, this game allows users to share their own puzzles and to use their own photos.

Game-play
I call these sorts of games "swippy-swappy" puzzles. You have an image which is scrambled. You have to click on two pieces to swap their positions, and arrange the image correctly. These puzzles are extremely easy, and can generally be completed through a series of trial-and-error. When you complete a puzzle, you can use a variety of tools to make the image jiggle, or (crudely) doodle on it.

You can download images uploaded by other users on the Steam Workshop. This is a useful augmentation to the base content, which isn't bad for this sort of game. There were about thirty images to solve, which can be found in the install location. They can be quickly accessed via the in-game image selection menu. You can drag-n'-drop images of your choice into this folder, and use them as new puzzles. I used a large landscape image, and it was split into a decent number of tiles (making for a more challenging puzzle than the ones provided in the base game).

Story
This game has no story, and no characters. If there are characters, there's nothing explaining them. So this title fails in the story department.

Visuals
The interface is alright. It's appealing, and gets the job done. It doesn't take much guessing to figure out what does what, but I think a tutorial would be appreciated by some users.

Verdict
This game's a dollar, and in theory, this is the last swippy-swappy puzzle-game you'll ever need. If you like these sorts of puzzles, then yes, I do recommend this title. If you don't, this isn't your game.
