Best scenario the game runs better on Linux with Proton than a Linux port would, just like a lot of other ones which already run natively on Linux

This game did very weird things to mouse/keyboard inputs in other applications as well, even after killing it. Running with Proton on Linux. It happened only once though in ~5 hours of playime.

why is everyone so set on the difficulty
the enemies are very creepy (graphics as well as their sounds)
it's not the challenging bits, it is the unnerving side of the game that puts me off
love the game too much to not play it though but an optional feature like this would make it even better

Am I overlooking something or is there no in game way to reset your progress and start over again?
I mean I could delete my save and disable the Steam cloud, but there must be another way right?

the letters A and J seem to be shortcuts for the devil key.

On the topic of typo's, I believe 2-2 should be named "resetter" instead of "reseter".
Although I am not really sure of the official spelling, I never seen it spelled like that before I think. Sorry if I am wrong.
