Review for Tropico 2 Pirate Cove

Most underrated game in Tropico series. it's unique in goals and fun to play. Instead of pleasing your citizens now you have to please your pirates. It is completely different from other Tropico games because your manpower are captives who have to be watched and scared to prevent their escape or riots. Your main sources of income is cruising and plundering, ransoming wealthy captives and selling goods to black market. Main challenge is to maintain powerful fleet and have enough resources to rebuild sunken units. no boat - no income - angry pirates with empty pockets - ...
