Capcom is secretly, and without our consent, adding their Enigma DRM to a bunch of their older games. It's an extremely abhorrent and invasive kernel-level DRM that's somehow worse than Denuvo. Meaning that this game probably has literal malware installed with it now.

Fu‎‎‎‎‎ck you and everything you stand for, Capcom.

What M$ does doesn't make Capcom's behavior any less egregious anyway so I'm not even sure what point you were trying to make.

that explains a lot more.

This is going to absolutely baffle you, but Micro$oft did not invent IBM compatible computers and they don't dictate what I do with mine. And the minute they do I am using something else :) There is more to a PC than just Windows. Sorry you think that your false consensus bias is a sick own

I use Arch :) so no it's not.

Your PC is owned by Microsoft not you you should read that agreement also.

An overhyped rushed game that eventually got fixed is completely different from a game that came out just fine and then the developers decided to screw with just to spite the players.

If the game is at risk of becoming unplayable at any point without malware tied to it then it is very, very relevant.

It's a shame you don't realize how serious this is. Very disappointing. Maybe when this becomes normalized and people are "nostalgic" or whatever for when digital games just worked, as with everything, you'll start to give a damn.

I don't know, PC players still love CDPR even after the absolute disaster that was CP77, you would think that no one would ever trust them again after that game, but gamers have short memory. Anyway, you're "reviewing" the game based on something that has nothing to do with the game, off-topic review at its finest.

Blows my mind people these days are so tolerant to being abused like this. If you Capcom fans love being whipped around so much why don't you stay on consoles where that shi‎‎‎‎t is apparently okay to do. My PC is my goddamn PC. We don't do that here.

@Infernal Kiwi
It wasn't in there when I purchased the game. If you were listening to me at all

@Metallinatus
Capcom has demonstrated they are willing to do it at any point in time to any game you have purchased from them. That is reason enough.

So, did Enigma ever come to MvC:I, or did you just help lower the score of a game that had nothing to do with it for no reason?
