The game had many reports of hacking across the playerbase - which itself is already very small. Is quite risky playing it with an unprotected PC.

The game is still as amazing as it was back in the day but only when it's playable. With hacking being a problem, and the servers being dog-water since the launch of BO6, it's not even worth the download anymore.

If the devs ever fix the servers then great, but it feels almost intentional that they've nuked the old game's servers on release of a new one

I'm only like 3 areas into the game and I'm already in love with it, it's so nostalgic and intuitive. It's taken everything that people loved about the classic pokemon games and made it modern with a new twist. Can't wait to continue

It's a very unique style of tile platformer. Really clever mechanics and puzzles.

Wasn't a huge fan of the combat. Some enemies were just annoying to deal with rather than difficult.

For a free game it was quite nice, relaxing. The gameplay was far too easy to get properly invested in, but it was a chill experience with a nice story

Didn't know what to expect with this game but it was hilarious, loved it. So much more difficult than it looks.
If you want to play through the game properly, though, you'll have to fix the filing system or your game won't keep its save data. This is how:
In your documents, find the SEGA folder. This will likely only have the 'Space Channel 5 Part 2' folder in, drag this out of the folder and onto your desktop, and create a new folder and name it Dreamcast Collection.

The game is programmed to create a save data sub-folder inside this 'Dreamcast Collection' folder, but it doesn't have one until you make it. Sega are notorious for making bad ports

As long as the playerbase stays active it's a fun little game. Doesn't take long before it gets repetitive and boring though
