Great game overall, but the difficulty curve ramps up significantly in the last 5-10 levels

As a game, it is genuinely fun. Some of the best feeling gameplay in the series.
As a live service, it is very lacking.
(Edit: As of Season 5, I can confidently say this is a great game and the live service continues to get better and better)

P.S. Husky Raid is the greatest mode in Halo

This game absolutely nails the feel of the original Super Monkey Ball games while also adding to it. New gameplay elements like wind, ice floors, and anti-gravity floors are used in really creative and fun ways. Finding ways to complete a level the fastest is just as satisfying as SMB. My only real complaint at the moment is that the menus feel really clunky and unfinished. Given that this is early access, I didn't expect the game to be perfect on launch and I'll be sure to update this review as the game is updated. All in all, the core gameplay is there and it feels fantastic. If you love Super Monkey Ball, you'll love this.
