A mixed, but overall positive experience. A good game for people who like exploring the paranormal and a "digging up dark secrets" kind of storytelling where not everything is always obvious.

Pros:
+ Mystical atmosphere true to a Remedy Entertainment title
+ The element of discovery
+ Interesting combat
+ Great backstory...

Cons:
- ...that you have to read and listen to A LOT of collectable documents to discover
- Even in cleared areas, combat never stops, you're rarely given room to breathe
- The controls could be improved (you do almost everything with the same button as default)
- Uninteresting side missions (like "kill enemies in X area")
