hey dude. this is probably ancient news, but was gonna shoot my shot regardless. having issues getting my custom resolution to show up at the end of my list in Rainbow Six Vegas 2. you last updated that in like, 2015, so I won't be shocked at all if it just.. *doesn't work* anymore. Just curious if maybe you had any thoughts/advice. Thanks for your guide regardless, very helpful stuff.

Hey, thanks for the comments. Regarding the widescreen weapon placement, first-person weapons are actually drawn to the screen with their own FOV values, which I simply auto-calculate alongside the player's FOV per the aspect ratio setting.

Regarding that aspect ratio setting, believe it or not I actually can't read the "FullscreenViewportX/Y=" etc. fields as those objects are not exposed to the UnrealScript environment for some reason. With no ViewportManager to work with, I wasn't able to find another way to easily deduce the current screen resolution (and the HUD / Canvas objects were no help), so manual settings it was.

Regarding the Sniper Rifle, I noticed that too and agree it looks pretty ugly - and strange, I thought you could see the back of the scope in a 4:3 ratio? I may take a look - http://steamcommunity.com/app/13230/discussions/0/611702631218438023/ , so keep an eye there for any updates. Thanks!
