I just want to thank Mateusz Skutnik for his immersive games. Yes, even 2D games can be immersive. Slice of Sea looks like a part of the Submachine universe, but in the open area and with fairy tale characters. No dialogues. But quests are still in place. At first in some places it's not obvious that you need to press down (S) to go further, I didn't notice any other difficulties though. The art is nice and detailed, Thumpmonks ambient soundtrack perfectly complements the atmosphere. The ending is sudden and a little crumpled, but overall I enjoyed the story

if you are a Submachine fan, then Slice of sea is definitely worth playing 👍
