A must-have if you're a fan of turn-based strategy. The base game is pretty solid, fun strategy, varied enemies, fleshed-out research tree, lots of replay potential, and very unique features including the "Council" system. The end-game is a bit lacking and gets repetitive, but EW mostly fixes this. I would give it a 9/10, perhaps 9.5 out of ten if you buy Enemy Within.
