Quarries of Scred

The classic puzzle game Boulderdash, as a roguelike with some action and sandboxy elements. The mechanics are brutal but quite simple to understand. The soundtrack - a morbid chiptune loop - is an abject banger. The skill ceiling is astronomical. It's an odd fit, but I love this game.

Quarries of Scred, unassuming and crude as it may appear, is a true work of game design art and deserves more recognition.
