Dr. Langeskov, The TIger, and The Terribly Cursed Emerald is a phenominal game by the same people who directed The Stanley Parable. So if you liked Stanley, there's a good bet you'll love Dr. Langeskov. While the style of the game is very different, in that it's a stealthy heist game as opposed to a walking simulator with buttons, the narration and general voice acting of the characters really bring out the best in it.

Pros:
  • Very tight controls
  • The stealth mechanics are very intuitive, and the guard's AI aren't braindead like most stealth games
  • As said above, incredible voice acting for all the characters. Dr. Langeskov himself being voiced by Gary Oldman was a hilarious choice.
  • The tiger. I can't say anymore without spoiling a lot of the game.

Cons:
  • The grappling controls can be a bit finicky, especially on corners.
  • Excessive exploration shows just how quickly this game was made, with invisible walls bounding you into areas. Not that bad if you stay on track though.
  • The buttons on the elevator midway through seem to be bugged, it took a lot of clicking around to actually start it.

All in all, this is a free game with fantastic humor, grappling hooks, a giant emerald that you get to steal, and one of the tensest chase scenes with a tiger that you'll ever play.

tl;dr: Buy this game

Edit: Don't buy it, it's free. Just download it instead.

Probably a bug, I didn’t see any bugs really, the elevator did make some noises but nothing like that

For some reason, my game gets bugged. I get teleported to some weird 'backstage' area that I probably shouldn't be in. Some guy leads me into helping another player, then he leads me into a black screen, and he activates a tiger that kills me. Anyone else experiencing this glitch? I really want to play A Whirlwind Heist but this gamebreaking bug keeps happening no matter how many times I boot it up.

How do you actually play the hiest? All I can do is the part backstage and I dont know what else to do.

What about the vents in the foyer? If you steal the screwdriver (next to the guard schedule) you can unscrew it and get right through.

Nevermind, you just have to get the keys I forgot to take from the guard.

Did anyone get through from the basement? When I tried to use the phone, it was picked up and immediately hung up. Can someone make a basement entry guide?

How did you even get up to the vault? My game was so bugged a black screen came after the game loaded up and then I somehow died to a tiger.
