Is there any way to remove the EAC ban?

Hello george, I kinda have a huge problem I liked to play on ur server 10x eu but in 2021 I got banned cuz apparenly I was playing with my friend who used cheat which I dindt know, I just wanna ask if it could be possible that I get an unban beacuse I dindt know and I wasnt cheating.
