I modified a plugin called "L4D/L4D2 InfectedBots Control", I don't have the original code but there are download links if you google it, or I can send you the version I was testing which is heavily stripped down but not very reliable - at least not in l4d2.

In my opinion it outweighs his own, but ultimately given he owns it - it is his right to do with as he pleases... just as it would be for someone to invent a cure for cancer and then not treat anyone. But is it ethical? That's what I don't think. & that is where my frustration comes from. :-p
