Beacuse if you didnt know emmisary can boost the value of an item to 150% the value of it + the base gold it gives. With that on the way + the bonus the community weekend gives that is 250% we can extrapolate that if i could you would own me around 20k gold + 4 times it base value. That if i did the math correctly would be 20k + 80k = 100k

You now own me 20.000 gold since that is the value that a chest of fortune provides without any bonus or emmisary.
