Congratulations, you have survived long enough to see Red Dead Redemption on PC.
Runs great on a 3080 + i9900k.

You can mod in framegen if you are on a below 4000 series card as well.
Download nukem dlss to fs3 universal version.
Drop version DLL or whichever one works into the the main folder where the EXE is located. Ensure reflex is on and you are good to go.

Fuck the latency at that point that is so more worth it god damn, thanks again for well.. stating the obvious but for me at least the best tech tip of the month

@Zarando you can use lossless like that yeah, i use it to emulate skate at 120fps with a bit of input latency tho

I don't see any artifacts or latency as outlined in a prior comment. In fact the only game that has visible artifacts ia Spiderman with framegen but enjoy grasping at straws I guess.

wait wait wait ... Dude so you are telling me if I thought about it more than 5 seconds I could have played games where you cap at 60 so that the Engine doesnt break, at higher Frames ?

I really doubt getting a few more FPS with frame gen to utilize your 240hz monitor is worth the artifacting, latency, and generally worse visual fidelity.
Im of the mind that anything above 144hz is minimally noticeable, but if thats really worth the sacrifice, then good for you. Your electricity company is very happy with your decision, no doubt, raking in the cash I reckon.
