I think the sepia color tone brings a nice balance on being too light or dark. I agree, the original is nice but its too dark to explore using it.

Yes, I took half of my time developing and the other half trying to get over the bad reviews (mostly lying on the floor, crying). I changed my mind about robots though, the new game has an alien kid and alien zombies. It's coming soon. I have started to prepare the store page already. I hope you will like it. It is a game that will stand the test of time. What I think makes it so great is... It subliminally correlates to the real world. When you show up in Rapture, the whole city has gone mad from heavy drug use or withdrawals from using the games magic system called Plasmids.
Story takes place in an underwater city, in a certain time period. The game shows what it would be like if someone were to actually build a city underwater and have a civilization there. Any civilization is going to have it's problems, and the way the game unfolds with this city's problems is very unique. Game is very "STEAM PUNK"

Same dude, why take away the discount in the first place? I never saw it, if anything ill be waiting until the day I pay 8 bucks or less. I can just ai upscale the original to be honest. Might even do a better job. This ai upscale technology I've been using is incredible. Currently working on FFX ai upscale project.

Dragon Quest XI 2020 release same thing.... no discount. Like wth, I already 100 percented your first release give me a break I dont want to pay full price to play it again just to see the enhancements. RIP 2020 Dev Business practices, going down hill big time.

Welcome to the dev world where sometimes saves get broken after an update. Happens with games all the time. They would have to patch the game to before the update.

No... the devs are making existing owners buy the updated game. It's just that... an update.. These marketing schemes of 2020 are getting really sour. I get it, they need money... WE ALL NEED MONEY.

Dark Souls Remastered, I at least got 50 percent off for owning Prepare to Die. Totally bought it.

Bioshock 1 and 2 remastered, I got them for free for owning originals.

Skyrim Special Edition, I got it for free for owning original game and all dlc.

Observer: Redux, devs offered a 10 percent discount for limited time. For a patch update? Lmfao way to go devs. Sounds like greed to me.

Late reply but I've been messing around with Pandemonium setups. I wrapped the game to VOODOO2/Glide Version, then wrapped VooDoo2 to Special K. Special K does alot of things.
Resolution, Frame Timing/Pacing, Frame Limit, Resolution Limit Min/Max, Filtering, PC Monitoring and Texture Modding

Delete the ini files and try to start. Could be problem with initial file settings. It will remake the initial file/files on restart . If that doesn't work. Try a different version of special k. Also you will NOT want to render in direct x 12.

There is the compatibilty setting to enabled GeForce experience which I have switched on, but still get the "unsupported game" message when trying to activate Ansel

You need to leave Ansel disabled, causes to many problems for this game - ESPECIALLY if your using special k

It is a game like resident evil or bioshock where you explore, find items to progress, and fight enemies. The beginning is slow, progress through the "tutorial" first then make your decision. I personally love the game.

Even when you delete a game, the save data is still there. So yes save data should be okay unless corrupt or personally deleted.

Alright anyone who would like a quick fix. Download SteamEmu. It works, playing my game without steam. You just add the exe to the program and it adds the game like an app.
Obviously we need a real fix, but I don't want to wait on playing. I can deal with playing offline for now.

Seriously, it seems pretty nifty, I'll prob end up keeping the program after they fix the issues on steam. I don't like not having access to games I own.
