Honestly, after I heard of all the backlash and stuff I thought this would be a really trashy game to pickup in 2019. But, to my surprise I was very much wrong. Grand Theft Auto V is still an amazing game to pickup in 2019. I mainly got it for the Multiplayer expierence which is veryyy... very inconsistent due to the community. You may get into a nice friendly fun lobby, a lobby with a hacker destroying your experience, a lobby with people just targeting you non-stop, or a really boring lobby with no one and everyone just ignoring each other. The Story Mode is a tad bit boring for me but I plenty of people I know absolutely love the Story Mode. I wish there was a built-in scripting and modding thing that you could just load and unload mods so easy in a Offline Freeroam unless I've just missed over that. The graphics and animations are aging but still decent for maybe 2017. The game in menu screens is poorly optimized and I don't know whether that's just a PC thing for a lot of people or GTA V in general. The game takes forever to load. There is literally no anti-cheat from what I've seen. If you want GTA V for just having fun and don't mind the graphics and occasional hackers and targeting, it's a decent pickup. Wouldn't recommend the game if you are buying it solely for the story mode, combat, graphics, or the mindset of 0 hackers and excellent anti-cheat. Despite all my dislikes and everything that is really broken, outdated, and just poorly made in the game I still think it's lots of fun with friends here and there.
