The Taming business is a hard, but enjoyable one. My family's been doing it for over 120 years, since my Great-Great Grandfather, General Doe. Most garden variety tacos have a mild sauce flavor so they're generally easy to tame. Sometimes, there are monstrosities that were arrogantly created by the fault of man, such as wild spice sauce tacos with extra Jalapeno and general bowel destroying ingredients. Those ones are the harder ones to tame. They require a digestive tract of steel and the will of a much greater man to subdue. That's when we, the Taco Tamers are deployed. No taco can subdue us, no blend of spices and meats will destroy us.
