Sent me a faulty laptop to repair, told him that the parts required are expensive, he wasn't willing to pay so I sent it back to him WITH tracking. UPS says they knocked and someone opened the door. He's now -repping me saying I never sent his "brand new" laptop back. He's a social engineer, a con. BEWARE. - REP
