I report scam attempts with full screenshot evidence to SteamRep [steamrep.com], so save my time and your credibility if that is your intention. Rather obviously, I also don't deal with marked scammers, since my reputation is more important to me than a quick buck.

I enjoy trading. I put a ridiculous amount of time and effort into updating my listings, visiting trade servers, and learning the economy. I could be doing other things with my time or earning more money, but I choose to do this instead because it's an awesome way of being involved with the community and trying out items I would never have used otherwise.

I trade in mostly TF2 stuff, Warframe platinum/items, CS:GO skins, and Steam Trading Cards. I have my own rule/guideline thread on the trade forums of each individually.

Most of this is common sense. Treat me with respect by reading these and I will treat you with respect by accomodating your trade to the best of my abilities.

I am open to a fair offer, but be reasonable. If you are just trying to scam me, beg for something, dump your unwanted trade stock, or get a discount to resell my stuff for your own profit, I will ignore/block/report you as necessary.
This applies to obvious lowball offers as well. Small differences due to rounding or price changes are fine, but if the values are clearly not even close to equal then you can expect our future business to be nonexistent. Not knowing the value of your/my items is not an excuse, even if you are new to trading; I provide ways of checking prices on my individual threads.

My long term goal of trading is profit, but for each individual trade I wish only not to be left at a loss. I look for deals where we can both come out happy(quicksells, bulk, dream items). Despite that, I sometimes value more than just raw price and reserve the right to decline a trade for personal reasons.

Please do not argue prices with me. I have been trading for a pretty long time and thoroughly understand how most item pricings work. If I am not experienced with something, then I will not price it above what I am confident it can resell for. If I do not want something, the only reason I would ever accept it would be for profit. As for my own listings, I will usually try to be the cheapest seller of that particular item. My initial pricing will almost always already be the lowest I am selling/highest I will offer.

Because of reasons stated above, I will not usually give discounts from a preset price, especially when dealing with a small amount/value of items. I will consider it only if we do a major trade deal that takes some time and negotiation to fulfill. I will also occasionally pay extra to somebody at my own discretion for being a good sport about a complicated trade or one where unexpected issues arise. In other words, I will give discounts to people who I deem deserving of them.

I strongly prefer a trade offer over adding, but if you truly feel you have a special case that can not be resolved otherwise, we can discuss it. Just leave a comment either here or on the post saying why exactly you are adding me; "added for trade" is too generic and generally a waste of my time.

I am NOT going to trade for real money in any form like paypal. In any other possible form of trade outside a Steam window, like wallet codes, I have a firm and non-negotiable policy that I will not go first under ANY circumstances. No matter how much cashrep, +reps, inventory value, or anything else you have, I will not send over my part of the trade until I have safely received your payment. Online balances and rep can be faked, people can be impersonated, and I take no risks with my own items.

I am somewhat busy with trading, college, and other real life activities, so I try to be efficient with my time. I am rather patient if somebody takes time looking over what I have to offer or calculating value, but do not be offended if I skip all the formalities or remove you from my friends list after a trade you added me for. I also ask that you treat my time with as much respect as I do yours; do as much research on items beforehand as you can and have an offer in mind if you are adding me for a trade.

I do not ever try to scam people over any trade, big or small. With that said, I will accept a trade that I know is one sided towards me unquestioningly. Common sense dictates that as a trader exchanging items, it is your responsibility to know the value of what you have and what you are getting. I will always trade under the assumption that you understand and accept this, and through generosity or other reasoning you choose to overpay. I do not under any circumstances guarantee tradebacks/refunds.
