Being the third entry in the BioShock series, Infinite borrows many aspects and features from the previous two games, while at the same time introducing several new ones. Gun-play and overall combat has been improved upon the somewhat rigid feeling of 1 and 2, with the plasmid/vigor powers feeling just as powerful and great to use. Sky-hooks provide an exciting new way to skirt around the game's battlefields (being much larger and multi-leveled compared to the earlier games cramped hallways.) The story is where things really shine, tying the trilogy up in an unexpected yet satisfying manner. Handling themes such as fatalism, the dangers of religion/organized groups, racism, and human nature, this is the most interesting and mature BioShock story yet.
