I wasn't thinking straight when I hit that ban button. The screenshot was just a misrepresentation of the game, so I wanted to hide it. When I was confronted about my decision, I let my emotions get in the way of my professionalism. I'm sorry, it was a mistake, and it's my fault. I hope my past actions won't affect your decision regarding purchasing my game
Thank you,

If the pic is ingame its not a misrepresentation as much as you think it is.

This review told everything. Game still stuck on alpha after 5 years?

I appreciate your feedback Zeno. I made a few PR mistakes in the past, but that won't happen anymore. All I care about now is keeping my gamers/customers happy. I do wish this review was more focused on the gameplay and not this. I also find it quite amusing that it has a 91 percent helpful rating LOL. Some of the honest reviews, both positive and negative have something around 20 percent helpful. Please do let me know if you have any suggestions/ideas/improvements for Corona MotorSport, I'd love to hear them :)

What do you don't do as a gamer?
- Rage on every little bug or issue with Early Access game. It's says so on store page that EA games are usually alphas, proof of concept, and not finished products.
- Try to burry EA game because of some graphics settings. What did you play on? IntelHD?
- Use Steam reviews for some personal vendetta against a specific dev team or game. It's a review and it should be objective and honest.

What do you don't do as dev?
- Call people trolls
- Lie or twist the facts
- Tell people how they should review the game
- Discourage people from refunding
- Have an ego
- Ban people or stuff you dislike

Do I think Luke made a mistake? As a developer, yes, I do. As a gamer, having an active dev who reads reviews and talks to people is a rarity these days and I will buy the game, just out of respect for that.

I was actually considering buying this till i heard these commente from the developer. I guess arrogance is bliss...

Resolution is different from quality settings. You can set the game on 1080p and the graphics on minimum, which lowers texture resolution, disables reflections, shadows, and other settings. BTW, I was born in America and English is my native and only language, I just don't see the point of using proper grammar on steam unless its on my game page or on important information. I wasn't really thinking straight when I hit that ban button, It was just a misrepresentation of the game and it looked weird, so I wanted to hide it, but since 235 people were more than willing COMPLETELY ignore the game itself and just rage about the fact that I mistakenly deleted a photo, I will apologize for that. That wasn't the same screenshot btw. So in conclusion, Im sorry, it was a misunderstanding, and its my fault.

Developer's English isn't 100%
Developer's people skills are not 100%
Developer refuses to admit fault, as said before
Developer is digging holes for himself.

You're CONSTANTLY bringing up that the game was running on low settings and low resolution.
HERE is a screenshot that was linked earlier.

Size 1920 x 1080

That's 1080p. That is a HD resolution. I can't talk about the graphic options but if he really really wanted to make "your" product look bad we would've set the resolution lower.

You could've asked for his system specs to look into the issue. Even just saying that would've been a better response than pressing the ban button.
You also said
"I clicked that ban button by mistake, I misunderstood what it was for"
What else is a ban button going to do?
I mean, you're pretty much stuck in that hole you were digging, huh?

@Jonboy dont encourage people to get refunds, if they really want one, they can get one. But you're buying an early access game, Theres a giant warning on the store page saying its early access and there may be bugs/imperfections present. Whats wrong with supporting the devs?

Jesus the trolling on Steam is just out of control, are you seriously judging this game by a COMPLETELY irrelevant review (from 3 months ago and proves absolutely nothing besides the fact that a low graphics setting exists, every game has one). I clicked that ban button by mistake, I misunderstood what it was for, everyone knows that games have low graphics settings available for users with less powerful computers, go on the store pages and even the screenshot pages of popular steam games, you wont see screenshots of the game on low settings. This is the only screenshot I took down and it was a mistake, I find it weird that it was blown out of proportions like this
