Explanation for the Urgent National Needs speech at the bottom.
(!) = Uncertain, but still 90% sure.

Currently Unknown:
Version 1: Something at the end.
Version 2: LBJ at the end (most likely).

First Version

The world is very different now.
For man holds in his mortal hands the power to abolish all forms of human poverty and all forms of human life.

Those who foolishly sought power by riding the back of the tiger ended up inside.

Yet those who founded our country knew that freedom would be secure only if each generation fought to renew and enlarge its meaning.

And let every other power know that this Hemisphere intends to remain the master of its own house.

So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

The following statement is being issued at this moment in Washington and Hanoi:
At 12:30 Paris time today, January 23, 1973, the Agreement on Ending the War and Restoring Peace in Vietnam was initialed by Dr. Henry Kissinger on behalf of the United States, and Special Adviser Le Duc Tho on behalf of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.

I see a United States which can demonstrate that, under democratic methods of government, national wealth can be translated into a spreading volume of human comforts hitherto unknown.

Our generation of Americans has been called on to continue the unending search for justice within our own borders. We believe that all men are created equal.

Ask not what your country can do for you.

I have asked for this radio and television time tonight for the purpose of announcing that we today have concluded an agreement to end the war and bring peace with honor in Vietnam.

Second Version

The first is the simple fact that we are on the side of... (!)

*Quindar tone*

The beginning of history. (!)

To continue this long trend is to guarantee tremendous social, cultural, political, and economic upheavals.

In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem.

Our crisis today is in reverse. Reaching with magnificent precision for the moon, but failing into raucous discord on earth. We are caught in war, wanting peace. We are torn by division, wanting unity. We see around us empty lives, wanting fulfillment. We see tasks that need doing, waiting for hands to do them.

In these difficult years, America has suffered from a fever of words;
from inflated rhetoric that promises more than it can deliver;
from anger to our health that fans discontents into hatreds; from bombastic rhetoric that postures instead of persuading.

Because it isn't a question of whether it was legal or illegal, that isn't enough. The question is, was it morally wrong? I say... If any of that...

Thank God, only material things.
Our crisis today is in reverse. We find ourselves rich in goods, but ragged in spirit.

A struggle against the common enemies of man: tyranny, poverty, disease and war itself.

The Urgent Needs Speech:
I'm not 100% on the speech, but it's VERY likely.
I can't be 100% on it due it being very distorted.
The only reason why it's on the list is because of a very, very, very faint line
after the Quindar tone. It's very easy to miss. After reading a bunch of transcripts,
this one is the most likely contender.
Also, Kennedy was a huge advocate for putting man on the moon.
It is a long shot? Yes.
But is it likely with the evidence? Yes.
