Early Access Review
Bought this game as a way to pass time once I was done with the current PoE league. Must say I am thoroughly enjoying this ARPG experience and will be playing more and more as development continues. Keep up the great work Eleventh Hour Games!

This visual novel shows the realism of how selfish and cold people would be during a zombie apocalypse, not everyone is going to be a team player or a people's champion. In this case the MC is a selfish, manipulative and emotionless monster who only cares for himself and killing time while he studies the fall of society. Thanks to this I enjoyed every part of reading through the story (and not only his perspective) and see everything through his eyes, from how he uses people as nothing more than objects to how he evaluates his situation and best plan of action. The price is maybe asking a but much for 4-5hours of reading but I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants a gripping and realistic view on how somebody would act during a zombie apocalypse.

Another Zup game, another new mechanic to keep things fresh. Cheap and easy to learn whilst still offering some challenge, would recommend!

Grip

GRIP is a high octane, hardcore combat racer, packing ferocious speed and armed to the teeth with heavy weapons.

This review is based on campaign mode and single player.

Summary
The game certainly lives up to what it describes itself as, it's got all the elements for a great racing game along with many extras that include diverse tracks, various weapons and varying AI / driving difficulties. This is a must for anyone who was a fan of the classic Rollcage, if you were also a fan of perhaps Flatout or Burnout you'll find this to be an enjoyable game too. Many options that allow the user to customize the game to their liking such as a custom jukebox, creating your own race and even tournaments, all this will offer constantly new gameplay where each race will always end differently.

Positive
+ Great diversity in challenge
+ Variety of game modes
+ Good weapon/vehicle mechanics
+ Controller Support
+ Interesting environments
+ User customizable vehicles
+ Many vehicles with varying stats
+ Custom jukebox
+ Trading cards & achievements
+ Wikipedia of game at start menu

Neutral
o Power Ups - There is a lack of defensive power ups, the only one currently in the game is the painkiller which is a shield that lasts for 5 seconds or until it is destroyed. This makes being in first very risky as the assassin power up will make light work of you unless you have a painkiller saved. In future I would like to see some more defensive power ups added.

o Arena Deathmatch - Although great fun the maps are too large to the point there seems to be a lack of carnage going on, the AI even on high difficulty don't offer much challenge in arena compared to other game modes so this can make them very tiresome quickly.

o Achievements - Some of these are easily attainable in bulk like the kill x amount of players without dying, all 5 of them can be gotten in a single custom deathmatch, others are near impossible such as complete 10,000 laps or destroy 1,500 opponents, these would take some serious grinding. Some of the achievements also happen to be broken currently at the time of this review. [Update 21/11/2018 - Large number achievements have been reduced to 1,000 and 250.]

Negatives
x Reset/Respawn - Various resets in levels put the player in a situation where the quickly lose control again or put them very far back in the level, this can be very exhausting and in some cases rage inducing, especially on the level "Lit" where if you fail the last jump (which btw is quite easy to mess up) you're put at least 10seconds behind.

x Bugs - Now every game has their bugs so this isn't so much a negative but some of these bugs could be easily addressed such as the jukebox doing shuffle instead of next or previous song, the game lagging heavily when opening the pause menu during a race or various achievemnts not triggering when complete. These will be fixed over time I'm sure.

x Carkour - This is a separate mode where the player can complete obstacle courses, it is however unrewarding, stupidly difficult and nothing grabs the players attention to keep them wanting to play it.

Overall this game is fun, it's one of the most enjoyable racing games I've played in recent years and I plan to play this game to the fullest and would recommend others to do so too. The price is totally worth the product and the game will receive constant love and attention from the devs working behind it.
