Can only speak of my experience.

5 man que: 4 Sesame Street avatar members and 1 off; named 'quez.'
Heavy carry from quez, not saying he's a hacker, but if you're having issues
with his legitimacy we did too.

Anyways, carries the entire time then "disconnects" on round 14 and never comes back; knowing the 'time wait' goes by rounds and won't be subjected to a cooldown or ban.
Then one by one, the rest of his que start "disconnecting" too, leaving 1 guy finish the game.

Quez has a lot of hours in CSGO, which makes the match much more confusing.
