This means we're deep enough into production where we know how long things are taking, what it will take to finish, and how long we need.
Before this it was purely a target window we wanted to hit and we had no reason to think otherwise.

It should not in any way be considered a delay.
(If you do, the reason is because the game keeps running into issues where it keeps getting more awesome.) Despite previous guestimates and estimations.
