Really fun, casual hospital sim / management game! I definitely recommend the game and all of it's DLCs especially on sale.
I really can't think of any real negatives here for this game, it's just solid.

+ Love the visuals
+ Good amount of levels
+ Leaderboards with friends
+ Good customization on how you can build / make things look
+ A lot of things to do / manage but it never feels overwhelming
+ Does have a lot of DLC but I think it's good and worth the price
+ Good comedy
+ Good soundtrack and audio
+ Has a sandbox mode
+ Workshop support for posters, rugs, textures

- Some sections trying to level up your hospital can take a while
- Would love to be able to customize outside
