You should have read the passages I posted. It says you can't just choose how you worship him. You have to do it in Spirit and in Truth or else he will reject your worship. This is what Christ thinks of these traditions:

If you're celebrating Christmas and Easter and Halloween, which all come from ancient pagan worship then you're mixing the holy with the profane which is an abomination in God's eyes.
