I recently had the pleasure of trying Pagan Min's famous Crab Rangoon, and I have to say, it was absolutely outstanding! The delicate balance of textures and flavors you achieved was truly impressive. The crispy, golden-brown exterior had the perfect crunch, while the creamy filling was rich and satisfying, without being too heavy. Pagan's attention to detail in seasoning was evident—the hint of garlic and green onions added just the right amount of depth, complementing the subtle sweetness of the crab. Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors that left a lasting impression. Moreover, the presentation was fantastic. The Crab Rangoon looked as good as it tasted, with each piece perfectly shaped and beautifully golden. It’s clear that you put a lot of care into making them, and it really paid off. Overall, thank you for the Crab Rangoon it was a delicious meal that exceeded expectations. You’ve definitely set a high bar for any future attempts, and I can't wait to enjoy more of his culinary creations. Phenomenal 10/10!
