The stuff in the setups listed above is pretty pricy, but you DO NOT have to spend nearly as much to get a really damn good setup!
The stuff i listed is just the stuff that worked best for me in my setups and thus I stuck with it, i heard probably hundreds of speakers, headphones and earphones at this point and sorta had to settle with some stuff... at least for a short while :D
I can help you out and throw a reasonably priced setup together for/with you, You'd be shocked how little the performance difference between the "good enough" and the "end game" tier really is.
