Go to steam/dev/apikey . If there is an api key registered without your knowledge, you have been phished by logging into a fake steam login website.

How to secure your Steam account after logging into a fake site

1) Change your password
2) Deauthorize all other devices
3) Revoke steam api key
4) Change your trade link (Not necessary)
