Urgot was too toxic. He can only lock onto you in melee range now. Also, he is a melee guy. His damage reduction on his passive, was too toxic. Players like to be able to kill Urgot, who is a noob hero due to looking ugly. His ult was toxic. Player dont like being stun for so long. Urgot now teleports into the enemy team and stuns himself. This ult is good, players like being able to kill enemy who cant fight back. Urgot poison is now true damage for 1% of health. No longer procing blackcleaver (player dont like removing his armor) or liandry (player dont like playing verse teemo). Urgot can't sheild. Sheild is not fun... Because player thought he was gonna kill you but now you are not dying? Tooxic
