"Why is it so expensive?" It has a campaign/story, like the Star/Sweet Breaker DLC.
People are either ignorant or blind.

Nico is a hyper-active little brat.
Arthur is the best dad and I love him.

EDIT: I have more playtime on Galactic Adventures!

Spore. What IS Spore, exactly? What does it stand for? I have no idea myself, but I would like to know some day.

I can give a brief explanation as to what this game is either way:
- Cell Stage: This is where you choose to be carnivorous or an herbavor, playing as a little cell, trying to devour whatever you can find in the vast sea of other micro-organisms. Think of it as Agar.io, except you only have one mouth. Unless you can afford to modify your cell to have multiple mouths that is...
- Creature Stage: Now your adventure really begins as you've evolved a brain and a proper body that's acclimated to land. Unless you want to slither around, that's fine too. No one's judging you or your creature. Now, your main goal is to kill other creatures, or befriend them. Yes, for some reason you get brain power from this, and scientists can't explain why.
- Tribal Stage: Once you've aquired enough brain mass, you'll enter the tribal stage. You make fire out of your creature's nest and you almost knock yourself out from all the excitement. Now you're playing a tribal MOBA! Sort of. It's not multiplayer... But there will be other tribes you either have to befriend or kill. It's almost like there's a theme...
- Civilization Stage: As your tribe get more technological and reasonable, depending on your actions, you'll either end up with a military, economic, or religious city! Now you have more choices! Instead of conquering a continent, you have to take the whole planet somehow. Now you get to make your own custom vehicles: land, sea and airborne! You also have to get some spice geysers in order to get money flowing, seeing as that's the main product you sell.
- Space Stage: After you've conquered the world, there is only one more achievement you can get, and that's to go to space! Now you get to explore the cosmos and other planets and communicate with other aliens! Why are you going to space? Who knows... Maybe I just don't want to spoil the last bit...

I got this game almost 9 years ago when you still got games on discs. I was terrible back then and had no idea what I was doing. I only played through the cell stage and creature stage for a while and decided to make horrible monstrosities instead of continuing my epic adventure through evolution. I still had a blast making stuff and slowly but surely improved.

As I'm writing this, I don't know how strong the community is anymore. When I was around, the community was blooming and had all sorts of amazing creators who made Spore just a tad bit better. With the addition of C&C and GA, the community never ceased to amaze me. I even made some friends along the way that I could only communicate with through our comments. I wonder if they're still around.

Bundle-of-joy game that won't fail to brighten your day up.

It's bright and colourful and it has a LOT of different slimes.
You start on a ranch with very few resources around you and you have to wander out on the Far, Far Range to vac up more slimes and feed them to get something called 'plorts' which is essentially their poop. You have to make profit out of that.
It's not gross, it's actually really damn cute.
I could go on about how you get letters from home and other ranchers, or the scary tarrs that try to eat you, but that's an experience in itself.

It's finally out! Beatrix has a model now! Go get the game!

Okay, this game, I can assure you that it's not for all. But for people who just want to have a little fun one late night can pick it up with a friend or two, and suddenly it's so much better. I'll point out a few pros and cons about it (that I know of, and personally think is good/bad) because a lot of people think this is the best ♥♥♥♥ ever. It is not. There are many games better than this. But anyway.. What this game has to offer is:

- Good soundtrack. Of course not all the songs appeal to me, but most of them do, and you can just have them in the background while working on something else. IF you buy the soundtrack that is. Not all the songs are available though.
- A lot of car customizations. Even without the very neat DLCs, you can still get exclusive holiday items, if you're up to farm them, which can be a little time consuming. But other than that, all the cars look good, and you can have a lot of cool and goofy styles, if that's your preference.
- It's pretty-looking. Honestly, it's one of the prettiest games I've seen (imo), and I play it on the lowest of the lowest quality. I still see the beauty in the maps and how well done some of them are made.
- It's fast paced. Now, some people aren't as good with fast paced games, which is why I'm mentioning it. I love me some fast games, but I'm not really sure if this is a pro or a con. It can be discussed.

Now, because I've already given the pros, right up there.^ I dunno what else to put in. It's a fun game and a great experience with friends? idfk

Well, the only cons I can think of right off the bat is:

- The matchmaking system. Some would agree with me, some would be like "BUH SUM PPL HEF ROOKI/VETEREN FRENDS THO". Well y'know what? It's still trash. Honestly. I shouldn't be in a match versus a Veteran when I'm still a Pro. Same with Semi-pro honestly. Yes, the ranks doesn't mean too much, but it can get people on the nerves when they always get a bad team and the other team's much better. Etc. Etc.
- It's a sports game. Even though it's not exactly like football (football with cars, wow) it's still football. For those who don't like sports game, or sports in general (except for e-sports) should avoid this. Unless you want to try out something new, that's up to you.
- Hitting your own teammates. Yeahm you can hit your own teammates without any consequences, right? Except you can ♥♥♥♥ their position up and lose a point. That's just one example out of many. But I can see how it can be (a little bit) good too. You can hit your teammate in case they got no boost. But usually it just messes up their position.
- Easy leveling up. Even though it might not seem like a big deal (levels don't matter) it messes up the matchmaking system, because some Pros and Veterans should play with a lower rank. Again, this can be discussed.

Well, I dunno what else to add. For people who don't get the ranking system:
- Rookie is the lowest rank, and the first one you'll get. (Level 1-9)
- Semi-pro is a rank you get after reaching a certain level. (10-19)
- Pro is another rank you'll get after reaching a certain level. (20-29)
- Veteran is yet another rank you can get. (30-39)
- I'm unsure of the rest of the ranks, but I'm sure there are at least two more. I'm terribly sorry!

If I had to rate it though, it'd be 8.5/10. Yeah yeah, sue me, I'm just a human.
