Make sure you include "beta-beta" in the beta before using frame gen. Also helps if you have a program that helps you cap your refresh rate to half your monitor's.

Edit: no longer need that beta thingy, just the refresh rate capping, tho sometimes i don't do it and still works, but it's better to have it for stability
