Friend Requests: If you play NT, played with me recently or have mutual friends, I'll accept your request almost always. If you don't meet these criteria, just post on my profile why you're sending me an invite (Discord friends, Overwatch, etc.).
Game Invites: I don't often accept (or recieve) game invites, but if it is for an active NT game or I know you well, chances are I'll accept your invite. However, if I am 'busy', then I won't accept it, probably because I am busy. If I'm playing a different game, give it a 50/50 chance.
