Говорить о Friday the 13th (2017) и не сравнивать ее с Dead by Daylight — нереально, потому что обе эти игры не только очень похожи стилистически, но и принадлежат к одному редкому жанру — хоррор с асимметричным мультиплеером. В каждом матче команда игроков выступает против одного маньяка, которым управляет тоже живой человек. Похоже на смесь детских игр «туки-та» и «салочки»: у жертв есть немного времени, чтобы затаиться, а водящий, прислушиваясь и приглядываясь к кустам, выходит на охоту. Разница только в том, что, поймав плохо спрятавшегося игрока, маньяк брутально и зрелищно казнит его.

Doom manages to challenge the conventions of the first-person shooter genre by going back to its roots. It will have you breathing heavily, cursing in frustration, and screaming in triumph. The multiplayer is a bit of a letdown, but the campaign is absolutely glorious.

Cuphead offers a unique combination of art and sound, presenting one of the most funny and bizarre shows in the current game generation. Its gameplay and co-op can hold many fun hours and a strong replay-ability attribute. Recommended for everyone.
