Reteta sa fac spume daca stiu

Ingrediente:
1 litru de lapte
200 de grame de făină
200 de grame de zahăr
125 de grame de unt
1 linguriță de esență de vanilie
1 lingură de cacao

Într-o cratiță punem untul la topit. Peste untul topit punem făina și amestecăm cu o lingură de lemn. Începem să adăugăm laptele, treptat. Dupa ce am încorporat și zahărul continuăm să amestecăm cu lingura de lemn până când se îngroașă ca o budincă.

Dacă avem cocoloașe le spargem cu un blender vertical.

Împărțim budinca în două boluri. Într-o jumătate punem cacao și o încorporăm. În cealaltă punem esența de vanilie. Punem budinca in boluri, prima dată cea de vanilie, peste care punem cea de cacao.
Lăsăm budinca să se răcească.

Când este rece pudrăm cacao deasupra.

Desertul este gata! Are un gust foarte bun, un aspect frumos și se potrivește perfect când avem poftă de ceva dulce rapid.
