Everything will give you a status effect.
So, don't bother with shields.
Tons of blind jumps or drops that will kill you in one hit.
Tons of one-hit kill traps.
Get used to the phrases, "No lockpicks" and "This door doesn't open on this side."

5/10. Get it if you MUST play a souls-like.

Edit: Puddle traps that instant kill you. lmao

Game is boring and easy even on hard. Characters don't level and gone is the grittiness and mystery of its predecessor dungeon of the endless. Mechanically less engaging, dust has no real purpose (rooms light themselves up or don't). It also have an awfully goofy space-western theme and one of the main protags you start with sounds like the squirrel from SpongeBob.

I'll play it with friends when it goes on sale for 9.99.
