Honestly, super fun and exciting experience. BUT REMEMBER, this is an Early Access game...

I truly believe Outlast Trials has potential to become a staple of the coop genre, especially because it explores a format no other game has tackled. Coop horror games are scarce and it's even harder to find quality ones. This game is top quality and just what you expect out of the Outlast franchise.

I have to say, in terms of content, although highly replayable, we need a little more of it. Of course, this game JUST came out and there is bound to be extra stuff that will make it worth your time and money. As the game is, you can maybe clock in 8 to 10 hours and you have mostly explored the main maps. It's good but of course it does need more of it.

In terms of the general gameplay, it is stupid fun. You are getting chased around while your teammates frantically try to (or try not to) help you out, you bash against locked doors, you try to hide in a trash can just to be jumped by an enemy who was sitting right inside of it, you try to boost your teammates over high walls and then they forget to pull you up with them due to the sheer chaos around all of you... All of this is simply FUN, even if the game gets less scary the more you play it (As it naturally happens with horror games).

Even if you are not an outlast fan, this game is super fun, especially online

I sunk many hours into this game, bought a lot of characters. The foundation of the game is really, really good. A great concept, but with a suprsingly weak execution.

The game sometimes feels very unfair with little counterplay, being an asymmetrical game this is bound to happen but in DbD it feels punishing to face a squad of coordinated players. Of course, it does test your skill, but it takes away the fun of a game when you constantly have to make the highest amount of effort to win games, even having to pick your very best killers instead of the ones you feel like playing but that might be weaker in the meta. A casual queue would breathe life onto the game, but because of big skill level gaps, I understand how this would be very hard to implement.

Again, DbD is fun, especially with friends. It's not 'scary', maybe it catches you off guard here and there but if you're too scared to play horror games, worry not, this game is far from terrifying. The amount of legends such as Ghostface, Michael Myers and Freddy Krueger, make the game really appealing too. It's worth trying at the very least, but when you get to the higher ranks, I must say the game becomes less about fun and much, much more about effort.

The game is worth it for the zombies game mode alone.
Black Ops III has one of the best, if not THE very best zombies system that CoD had ever done and has yet to top it. The new systems become more polished and modern, but, in my opinion, the TRUE zombies experience can only ever be felt by playing WaW, BO1, BO2 and of course BO3.

The maps are absolutely beautiful and creative, the story is as confusing as ever (This is good!), the weapons, soundtracks and voice lines all click. Absolutely stellar game.

This is what a quality indie game looks like.

The artstyle, the mechanics, the plot, everything fits into this creative package, which is a joy to play through.

This game is a masterpiece.

I cannot recommend this game enough. It's such a fun, bizarre, creative experience. It took me roughly 4 hours to 100%, although you can probably do it faster, so it's not a lenghty game, its' strenght really comes from the exploration the game allows you to do. Creative world and characters, a lot of exploring to do, fun writing. Very open, the player really defines the game as it never tells you what to do. Does not hold your hand, literally throws you into the spawn point and then you figure out what you're looking for in Sludge Life. You also have 3 endings to achieve, and with only 14 achievements, it's actually really fun to 100% the game, even for someone who is not traditionally an achievement hunter like me.Sludge life oozes brilliance and is one of the best examples of how creative indie games can get.

I am happy they made this first chapter free. It was 5 bucks for like 30 minutes of gameplay.
Otherwise, Poppy Playtime is a great horror experience. It's not traditional horror, do not expect to be super scared playing this game, it's mascot horror. It appeals to younger audiences.
However, it is still really fun. Theres obviously a lot of work put into the game, the visuals are amazing, all of the artwork scattered around the game's map is beautiful, the puzzles are simple but charming.

I wish I could give this a mixed review. I dont think a thumbs up is quite accurate for what I think of this game.

I am super glad it is free because the game is only about half an hour long.
However, like many mascot-based horror games, it has potential. It creates some tension and has a few creepy moments. But that is about it with Garten of BanBan.

PROS

• There is a lot of silence, which ends up creating a great atmosphere.
  
• It does not rely on cheap jumpscares.
  
• The whole experience feels tense. You feel alone.

  • The characters may feel forgettable. Other than their shapes, some lack distinct features.
    
  • It is too short. When the game starts to get really good and creepy, it just ends.
    
  • A merch page at the start of a 30 minute experience is always daunting.
    
    
    I want to see where they take this game. They already have plans to continue it, but releasing it by parts often kills some of the hype around it. It's a shame that the developers seemingly set everything up to just make this a quick cash grab, though, because these types of games always get attention.

I hope this game keeps getting attention. It's a fun, free experience. (UPDATED VERSION: February 2024)

Project Playtime is a mix of Dead by Daylight's asymmetrical horror experience with Poppy Playtime's world, and honestly, it is pretty fun.

However, the game has glaring flaws that cannot be ignored. It was released in a very VERY poor state. The XP system did not work, connecting to servers was a headache, invisible enemies, blurry textures. As time went on, the game has been massively polished and it gets better with every update.

(UPDATE) The XP system works about half the time, queuing with your friends has been disabled, which is honestly such a bummer, the server browser is gone so matchmaking is the only way to really find a match. I like that the game keeps getting some love but it feels like Project Playtime is such a side dish to the Poppy Playtime world, and that is fine, but it does not have to. It has potential to be a fun, mascot horror multiplayer, something that is hard to find. I hope real work is put into this.

It is a real fun game, especially with friends. But do keep in mind that the game is being worked on over time.This is not a perfect experience and is far from finished.

It's a good DLC. It took me about 2 hours to finish which is a bummer. Other than that, good spooks, it's more fun than the first chapter, voice acting is great too

Security Breach is a good game.

It has a TON of bugs, game breaking glitches and exploits that, in all honestly, kill some of the much needed immersion. The release for this game was awful and it deserved way more polish.

BUT the base of this game is astounding. For any FNaF fan, the whole 'open world-esque' aspect is huge, the PizzaPlex is a love letter to the franchise, the characters are full of flair. The very core of the game is amazing, and you can see where the developers had their starting ground. I think in that department, it did not fall flat.

With a couple of patches to fix these bugs, add cut content and hopefully DLC, we have one of the biggest steps Freddy's ever took.
