I have been sampling this game over the course of the past couple months and I never felt that the game was incomplete other than some UI issues and some polish. Yea Sure, cards are indeed additional content to be experienced, but the thing is, for the quality they have shown us and the large combination of cards available, I have never once felt like they were intentionally witholding anything back. They are passionate about this game, they do frequent bug fix updates, and they frequently engage with the community. They are developers that everyone that likes this sort of experience should support whole heartedly.

So you missed a kickstarter for something that would have really interested you. Boo Hoo so sad. I have missed plenty of kickstarters that I would have wanted to support. But the thing is, it is not their fault that you were not aware of the opportunity. Sometimes you have to look for that opportunity yourself or just browse at the right place at the right time. Accept it and move on. If you are not able to accept that there is content you will never be able to get your hands on because it is either too expensive (unfairly no doubt in your mind) or is locked away as a timed exclusive (again unfairly because you did not know it existed at the time it was on sale or available) Then honestly, you shouldn't be looking at any modern game available for purchase. Go back and live in the 90s and early 2000's when most content updates were free or real expansion packs. The present is an environment that is not for you.

Game is supported @60FPS and 1080P. Heck, it was even an advertising point! I haven't had any troubles so far with spazzing out tanks or anything really worth noting. Unless you count the strange ragdolling, which is quirky, but easily overlooked. And considering that most common computer monitors and TV's natively run around 60FPS. You could frame-lock it if it truly bothers you that much. Or even descale your GPU for just VC and create a profile for it, so that it doesn't affect your other games.

I remember if you disabled the FPS limiter in first GTA then it was going so fast you couldn't do anything lol. You wanted to turn around so you turned around three times and so on haha.

Is this game even supposed to have PhysX? As for AA it has none, it sort of does it on it's own. You could try forcing it through the nvidia control panel.
