CSGO has been a emotional roller coaster for me for the past 5 years. It got to the point that i had to move on and play other games to find something more enjoyable. Now i have returned to this game and it still feels the same, there's so much potential for this game to be good in the competitive area but it lacks the features to allow it to expand. I let it slide for years since when i started off i just played zombie servers but now its just ridiculous how a massive company hasn't updated the MM Anti Cheat System and the Public MM Tick rate. Alot of people will say that it doesn't make a difference 64 from 128 but it really does and helps provide an easier understanding on where the skill gap really is considering alot of players would like to get better but struggle to progress and don't want to pay to play private servers. Although this game is abit of a mess when it comes to their competitive structure its still quite fun for casual players. I would recommend this game for players that just want to have a laugh but regards to players that want to possibly get better in competitive shooters then be warned cause this is not really where you're gonna find it. They're 3 things that i'd like for this game to have and that is Better tickrate Public MM, A better Visual Rank Progression System that shows progress on ranks and finally, i know its hard to catch cheaters and i know every game is gonna have cheaters but a little update to a 16 year old anti cheat wouldn't hurt anyone specially now since the game is available to free players so i think the paid players that have dedicated so many hours should be cut some slack. So yeah this is a 50/50 review and hopefully people don't give out to me too much just stating facts, the battlepass seems neat but the br is abit meh tbh.
