I ordered my food for curbside pickup and was waiting forever so I decided to get down and they said I’d have to go through drive thru. So now I’m in drive waiting even longer in a long line to get my food that’s already paid for and just sitting in there for pick up. My food is more an likely cold and my kids food is also, I did curbside so it would be faster but it was not at all. They completely lost my order and tried to say I didn’t order it through my app yet I had the receipt on my app and everything. Very disappointing more and likely will not be coming to this location again. I get my order and they give me my spicy chicken with the spicy sauce on it one spot on the chicken for sauce. Their customer service is horrible and the drive thru guy rolled his eyes at me because he couldn’t find my order.
