Forums Revamped!

Hey guys, ZenOokami here to announce an entirely new Forum system. Previously we were using NodeBB but were having a lot of trouble with it.

After about a month of research, preperation, and general frustration - we now have the new forum running using the Discourse system. It's still being tested and worked on, mainly fine tuning setings and replacing default logos, but we have it enabled for anyone to use.
