Thunder Server -Downloads and latest updates

The Thunder server is an Australian based modded minecraft server made for /tg/minecrafters.

Current Version: 3.04

1. Download /mcg/ Launcher ( http://protect.moe/mcglauncher/ )
2. Download the Thunder pack.
3. Join the server.

OR

1. Download MultiMC ( http://multimc.org/ )
2. Unzip and run it.
3. Press the instance folder button (third from the left)
4. Download https://www.dropbox.com/s/7reixraq8wxk35g/Thunder%203.4.zip?dl=0
5. Unzip it and place it in the instance folder
6. Restart Multimc
7. Right click the instance and press edit mods. Under the version tab click install forge and use version 1291
8. Run the instance and join the server.

(if the server isn't listed add it as: Name: Thunder IP: 114.76.197.124)

3. Add the aobd txt file to your config folder.

-Added Levelup! to give a variety of skills to train in.
-Added Biomes O Plenty to make it even harder to find jungle.
-Added RPGAdvance mod for sign posts that can show a path to each other.
-Added Minetweaker for added recipe support
-Changed Metal dusts to requiring a compressor to be turned back into ingots.
-Added MultiDimension to allow for portals to other dark and terrible realms
-Added Improving Minecraft Mod which adds a variety of small upgrades including coloured flowerpots, stone and stained clay stairs, the ability to use bonemeal on cactus and sugar cane and other options.
-Also changed animals into wild versions. They now require to be bred to doesticate them.
-Updated and/or added a few serverside admin tools.

Adds supports for custom dusts and native clusters based off ores from other mods.

-Archimedes Ships
Adds the ability to create boats and airships from regular minecraft blocks (Don't place IC2 ones on the ships though.)

-Balkon's Weapon mod
Adds a few craftable, enchatable and very fun weapons.

-Better Anvils
Removes the XP limit on anvils and provides a ton of other anvil related options.

-Better Rain
Just makes rain nicer.

-Bibliocraft
Adds shelves, weapon racks, armour stands, tables and a whole lot of book realted items.

-Biomes O Plenty
Adds a few new items and dozens of new biomes to explore.

-Buildcraft
Adds pipes for moving items and various automation systems.

-Chisel
Adds a large amount of variations of vanilla blocks and adds a few custom ones to allow you to make things look pretty.

-CoHF Core
A core for a variety of mods. I just use it to flatten bedrock.

-Coloured Portals
Adds the ability to build portals similar to nether portals that teleport you between locations, even between dimensions.

-Custom NPCs
Adds the ability to add NPCs and quests, a 4x4 crafting table as vell as a variety of furniture, quest items and weapons. Also adds a whole lot of functionality for admins, such as adding recipes and listing whos joined the server at any point.

-Fastcraft
A few modifications to common tasks in the minecraft files that increase performance. (Usually brings up your FPS by at least 10)

-Fognerf
Removes voidfog near bedrock and makes it easier to see while swimming.

-Gravestones
Upon death all your items are placed into a gravestone which you can break to retrieve them. Also adds some other mobs and statues.

-ImprovingMinecraft
Changes the way that farm animals are tamed, requiring them to be domesticated by breeding. Adds a variety of cosmetic items like stone and hardened clay steps. Allows for the use of bonemeal on sugar canes and cactus.

-IndustrialCraft2 (IC2)
One of the largest mods on the server. Adds a variety of technological items from electrical power systems, to terraformers, night vision goggles, powered armour and electric furnaces.

:Compact solars add solar panel upgrades for IC2's solar panels.

:Advanced Machines adds upgraded versions of some of IC2's machines.

-Inventory Tweaks
adds auto sorting, shift clicking to move items between inventory and chests and shift clicking to craft stacks of items.

-LeveUp!
Adds skills such as farming, woodcutting, stealth, Combat, defence, atheletics and fishing. Each one provides bonuses the more ranks you put into it.

-MC+ Satchel
Adds craftable backpacks.

:MC+ API required for satchles

-Minetweaker
Allows for managemend of custom recipes.

:Modtweaker adds supports for custom recipes using Thaumcraft's crafting and reasearch (other mods too)

-Multiworld
Allows for multple additional dimentions and travel between them.

:AdvDims required for some Advanced features of Multiworld.

-Nether ores
Generates clusters of ores throughout the nether.

-Not Enough Items (NEI)
A mod that allows you to see the recipes of all available items as well as what items they can be crafted into.
:Code Chicken core is a dependancy

-RPGAdvanced Mod
Adds signs that can point to each other and provide a trail.

-Thaumcraft 4
Adds a magic system to the world. Study arcane secrets to unlock a whole varety of devices from wands, to arcane elevators, selective enchanting, golems, transmutation and flight.
Be careful not to delve too deeply into things man was not ment to know though.....

-Too Much Loot
Allows for custom contents in loot chests such as village blacksmith's dungeons, mineshafts and fortresses.

-Treecapitator
A mod you won't be able to live without once you've used it. Cutting a tree with an axe also cuts down the rest of the tree.

I've noticed it's not always online, which is fine, but it would help if I knew when it was up, so I could log on then

I've been waiting all day too.

It goes down between roughly 10 PM to 6 AM GMT+10

In America that means its down from 7am to 3pm central

When I try and join the server, I get the following error message:

Did you download directly from the main zip? It might be missing some mods after I last updated it for some reason. Thanks for picking that up heres a link to the ones you're missing.
